What changed after the audit
The same afternoon, we fixed what could be fixed on our own site. The full audit below is unchanged and stays as the "Before" baseline. Only the categories these fixes touched were re-graded; Rankings, Local and brand, and AI search depend on search results that have not moved yet, so they keep their grades.

Same method as the audit: Lighthouse 12 run locally, default mobile preset (slow 4G) and desktop preset. Reports: home mobile 1, 2, 3, video production, tour, podcast, desktop. One homepage run scored best practices 96. The studio tour page keeps its own tags, so it still scores 79 for best practices and 91 for accessibility.
Fixed
Phone speedAd and analytics tags (GA4, Google Ads, Meta pixel) now load on the first scroll or tap, or 3.5 s after load, except on the four lead pages, where they load right away. A smaller phone hero image, below-the-fold images loaded after the page, self-hosted fonts with a matched fallback, and lighter WebP video posters. Trade-off: a visitor who leaves within about 3.5 s without touching the page is no longer counted.
The cookie notice no longer jumpsIt is placed once, before the page draws, and never animated. That was the 0.30 layout shift on the video production page.
"50M+ views" replaced with a sourced numberThe apply page now says "506K · IG Views, One Client, 2026" and links to the Project Wellbeing case study (506,204 Instagram views on 161 reels, Jan 1 to Oct 5, 2026, from Instagram's own count). "30+ Vegas brands" stays: the site shows 34 client logos.
Tour buttons say what they bookThe one "Book a Studio Tour" button that went to the apply page (on /about) now goes to /book-a-studio-tour. The tour page now says "Free 20-minute in-person tour · 4160 S. Durango Dr. #140", and the step that said "Calendly opens" is corrected. Its Instagram link now goes to @gmedia.lv.
Galindo Media leftovers on our siteOld footers now read "G Media · Galindo Media LLC", five service pages say "our former name", and the video production FAQ (and its schema) says four studio sets, not five. Address is the same in all 103 places. Schema: 28 bare "G Media" entries now point to the main business entry, and YouTube is added to the social profiles.
Dead logo link and housekeepingThe RCG Home Loans logo keeps its place without the dead link. /thank-you-for-the-interest now redirects to the homepage. HSTS is on, Cloudflare email hiding is off (crawlers now see a normal email link), /content-partner is in the sitemap, and footer headings are in order (accessibility 100).
After: the apply page with the sourced 506K figure. After: the tour page says it is in person, with the address and phone.
Re-graded categories
A-
Mobile speed (was C+)Homepage 96 to 99 and video production 98, main image under 2.5 s. Not an A: the podcast page (LCP 3.5 s) and the tour page (2.7 s) are still over the line, and there is no real-user data yet.
B
Mobile layout (was B-)The cookie notice no longer moves the page and accessibility is 100. It is still 121 px tall, tap targets are still small, and three pages still have no main menu.
A-
Technical SEO (was B+)HSTS, crawlable email, sitemap complete, dead link and 404 fixed, heading order fixed, schema joined up. Still two hops for http://gmediaco.com, and old titles linger in search indexes.
B
Content and proof (was B-)Every headline number now has a source. The bigger gap is unchanged: 13 of 14 case studies still have no video.
B
Lead capture (was B-)Every tour button goes to the tour page, which now says in person, with the address. The booking page it opens still says Google Meet and 30 minutes, and the 11-field form is unchanged.
B
Tracking (unchanged)Same tags, now delayed outside the lead pages. Very short visits are no longer counted; still no TikTok pixel.
C-

D

D+

Rankings (D)Still not in the top 20 for 4 of 5 core searches. This needs links, directory profiles and reviews, and takes months.
Google MapsStill outside the top 20 for all five searches, with 31 reviews against leaders at 27 to 896.
AI searchStill not named in "best in Las Vegas" answers. Needs Clutch, Expertise, GoodFirms and Yelp profiles with reviews.
Yelp and MapQuest still use the old nameYelp shows "Galindo Media, 4160 S Durango Rd 120" and two MapQuest listings use suite 120. These are edited on those sites, not ours.
Corey's booking page still says Google MeetBoth tour buttons open "30 min with Corey", which says "Google Meet video conference info added after booking", and 30 minutes where the site says 20. Booked tours also fire no conversion.
galindo-media.com does not forwardIt is registered at Squarespace Domains, not on our Cloudflare, so the 301 to gmediaco.com has to be set there.
Smaller itemshttp://gmediaco.com still takes two hops (needs a Cloudflare permission), 11 required fields on /apply-for-marketing, 13 of 14 case studies without video.
Fix log: raw/fixes_1006.md. Spot-checked live on October 6, 2026 after the deploy: 506K on the apply page, the /about tour button, the HSTS header, the 301 on /thank-you-for-the-interest, the tour page wording, /content-partner in the sitemap, no email protection link and no "five in-house studios".
Before: original audit, October 6, 2026
This is a self-audit. It is our own website, checked on the same day with the same tools, the same steps and the same grading as our audits of Mackin Media and Galindo Group Real Estate. We audited it from the outside, as a stranger would, and did not use our own Search Console or analytics. No grade was raised because the site is ours.
C+
Overall grade at audit: C+(now B-, see the update)
The site is built well: clean pages, correct labels for search engines, real case studies with sourced numbers, and several easy ways to get in touch. It is not yet doing its main job. New clients searching for a Las Vegas marketing, video, podcast or social media company do not find G Media on Google, in Maps or in AI answers.
Before: original audit
The short version
Top 5 issues
Not found for the searches that bring new clients
G Media did not appear in the top 20 web results for "las vegas marketing agency", "video production las vegas", "podcast studio las vegas" or "social media marketing las vegas". Its best showing was #11 (page two) for "las vegas content agency". Directories (Clutch, Yelp, DesignRush) and competitors such as Levy, FiveSix, In Color Studios, Level 9 Studios and Social Media LV fill those results. The site has 86 pages written for these topics, and they are not ranking yet.
Missing from Google Maps for all five core searches
The Google Business Profile is set up and rated 5.0★, but it did not appear in the top 20 Maps results for any of the five searches, including "podcast studio las vegas", even though G Media runs a four-set studio. It has 31 reviews. The businesses shown first have between 4 and 896, and the video and podcast leaders have 27 to 106.
AI assistants do not name G Media
Asked for the best marketing agency, video production company, podcast studio and social media agency in Las Vegas, an AI-summarized search named 37 different companies across the four answers. G Media was not one of them. The site has the technical pieces AI tools look for (an llms.txt file, business schema, open crawler access), but the answers come from Clutch, Expertise, GoodFirms, Yelp and "best of" lists where G Media has no listing or reviews.
Good on phones, but not fast yet
Lighthouse scores the mobile homepage 79 to 88 across three runs. The main image appears at 3.3 to 4.2 s (Google's "good" line is 2.5 s). The video production page scores 70 because the cookie notice moves the page as fonts load (layout shift 0.30, where 0.25 and up is rated "poor"). Desktop scores 98.
Two names and two addresses across the web
The site says "G Media, 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140". Yelp lists "Galindo Media" at "4160 S Durango Rd 120", and two MapQuest listings use suite 120. Search results still show old page titles such as "About Galindo Media" and "Meet the Galindo Media Team", and www.galindo-media.com, which still appears in results, does not load. Mismatched names and addresses weaken the local signals Google uses for Maps.

Also worth fixing
The studio tour button books something else
The studio tour page promises a free 20-minute walk-through in person and says "Calendly opens with available tour times". Every "Book a Tour" and "Book This Studio" button opens a Google Calendar page titled "30 min with Corey", a Google Meet video call. Its Instagram link goes to a personal account, not @gmedia.lv.
A video company with little video in its case studies
13 of the 14 case studies have no video player on the page. They show stills or link out to Instagram. The Center for Aesthetic Medicine study has an empty "The videos" section. The podcast studio and social media management pages have no video either.
One headline claim has no source
The case studies are careful: every number has a date and a source. The apply page headline says "50M+ views we've built" with no source, while the largest sourced view count in a case study is 81,495. A buyer who checks may question the rest.
Forms vary from 3 to 11 required fields
The homepage audit form asks for 3 things. The "full form" on /apply-for-marketing requires 11 (including phone, budget, decision maker and timeline), and /content-partner has a third version with 12 fields. That page is indexable but missing from the sitemap.
Small leftovers
One client logo links to a site that no longer loads (rcghomeloans.com). http://gmediaco.com takes 2 redirects to reach the homepage. The site sends no HSTS header. The email address is hidden behind Cloudflare's email protection, which bots see as a broken link. An old /thank-you-for-the-interest page still listed in search returns 404.

What slows it down
The server is quick (first byte in about 50 ms on Cloudflare). The delay comes after that.
The main element is a small (40 KB) poster image, but it waits about 1.2 to 1.7 s before it starts loading and another 1 to 1.4 s before it is drawn, behind the Google Fonts stylesheet and page scripts.
A 2 MB hero video plays on phones (4.5 MB on desktop). It is the largest file on the page.
Ad and analytics tags (Google tag, Google Ads, Meta pixel) add about 560 KB and block the phone's processor for about 420 ms. An estimated 211 KB of JavaScript goes unused.
Images could be about 159 KB smaller if sized for phones, and 47 files have short cache times.
Other pages:studio tour 80 (main image at 4.1 s); video production 70, where the cookie notice jumps up the screen when the web font loads.
Best practices scores 79 because the Google Ads and Meta tags set third-party cookies.
Method: Lighthouse 12, the engine behind PageSpeed Insights. Our PageSpeed Insights API quota was used up on 10/6 (the request returned a quota error), so the same test ran locally with default mobile emulation (slow 4G) and the desktop preset, as in the GGRE audit. The mobile homepage test ran three times; the table shows the first run. Real-user (Chrome UX Report) data was not available. Re-run: pagespeed.web.dev.
2 · Mobile (390 px iPhone width)
Clear and easy to use, once the cookie notice is gone
No sideways scrolling on any of the 14 pages tested. Lighthouse accessibility scores 96 to 98.
First screen: "Las Vegas Marketing Agency" as the headline, one line on what G Media does, a "Get a free marketing audit" button and a playing studio video. The 5.0★ rating sits just below.
A sticky bottom bar keeps the audit button and a call button in reach on every page.
The cookie notice is large. It is 121 px tall and sits above the sticky bar. With the header, about 260 px of an 844 px screen is covered until a visitor taps OK. On the homepage it covers the last field of the audit form.
Inline text links are about 21 to 23 px tall, and the photo dots on the tour page are 6 px. Google recommends tap targets of at least 48 px.
The studio tour, apply and pricing guide pages drop the main menu. From there, services are reachable only through the footer or a back link.
Homepage on a phone: clear headline and button; the cookie notice covers the bottom. The audit form, with the cookie notice and sticky bar over its last field.
3 · SEO basics
Strong plumbing, some old traces
Working
HTTPS everywhere. https://gmediaco.com and http://www.gmediaco.com reach www.gmediaco.com in one 301 hop.
Every crawled page has its own title and meta description, exactly one H1 and a canonical tag. Lighthouse SEO scores 100.
Old URLs from the previous site (/about-us, /team, /talk-show, /cozy-corner, /contact-us, /blogs) all 301 to the matching new pages.
The homepage carries Organization, LocalBusiness/ProfessionalService (with address, hours, map location and review rating), a service catalog and an FAQ. Blog posts carry Article and FAQ markup.
Images have alt text. The duplicate logo strip used for the scrolling effect is correctly hidden from screen readers.
Missing or wrong
Old names in the index. Brave's index still shows earlier titles for current URLs, such as "Professional Content Creation Agency in Las Vegas | Galindo…" for /services. The live titles are correct; the index has not caught up.
One broken link. 236 links were checked. One client logo points to rcghomeloans.com, which fails to connect. Facebook, Cooler Living and Cloudflare refused automated requests and were not counted.
Email protection. The email address is wrapped by Cloudflare's email obfuscation. Browsers show it correctly; crawlers see a link to /cdn-cgi/l/email-protection, which returns 404.
Redirect chain. http://gmediaco.com goes to https://gmediaco.com, then to www: two hops where one would do. No HSTS header is sent.
A page outside the sitemap./content-partner is indexable and linked, but not listed in the sitemap.
Heading order. Footer headings jump from H2 to H4, which Lighthouse flags as an accessibility issue.
Crawl: every page reachable from the homepage plus the sitemap (90 URLs, 236 unique links), October 6, 2026. The 150-page limit was not reached. The sitemap shows 28 pages changed on the day of this audit, so some details may differ from one hour to the next.

NAP (name, address, phone). Phone and address match between the site and Google. Elsewhere the business still appears as "Galindo Media": Yelp at "4160 S Durango Rd 120" and two MapQuest listings at suite 120. A third MapQuest listing at the same address is "Galindo Buys Houses".
Directories. Search did not turn up a Clutch, DesignRush, Sortlist or Expertise profile with reviews. A Tagvenue listing for "Galindo Media Studio" exists.

Two kinds of pages win these searches: directories and "best of" lists (Clutch, Yelp, DesignRush, Expertise), and competitors whose sites have years of links and reviews behind them. G Media has the right pages (a page per service, per industry and per area, plus 25 blog posts and 7 guides), so the gap is authority: links from other sites, directory listings and reviews. Most of the service pages were rebuilt recently, and new pages usually take months to rank.
Brave Search API, US, top 20 results, October 6, 2026. Google blocks automated queries, so this approximates Google. Positions vary by location and device. Search Console is the source of truth; it was deliberately not used here so the method matches the other two audits.
6 · AI search
Ready for AI, not yet recommended by it
Not named when people ask for the best. Four AI-summarized searches, and G Media appeared in none:
"best marketing agency in Las Vegas": Nativz, Anderson Collaborative, Searchbloom, Noble Studios, MassMedia, Levy Online and 7 others
"best video production company in Las Vegas": Whisenhunt Media, Fame Crew, Levy Production Group, FiveSix, Mr. Camera, InColor and others
"best podcast studio in Las Vegas": Sticky Paws, Sin City Podcast Studios, Level 9, The Space LV, Las Vegas Podcaster Studios, HyperX Arena
"best social media marketing agency Las Vegas": Web Tonic, MassMedia, Thrive, KWSM, Moore Marketing and 9 others
The sources were Clutch, Expertise, GoodFirms, Sortlist, Yelp, Fame.so and similar lists. G Media's own blog post "Which Las Vegas Podcast Studio Is Best?" was not cited.
Described accurately when asked by name. A search for G Media returned the right services, address, phone and email. It drew partly on old indexed pages titled "Galindo Media", and it said "five in-house studios" while the site now says four sets.
Crawler access is open and explicit. robots.txt names and allows OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others.
llms.txt is in place (/llms.txt), with the legal name, former name, address, services and co-founders.
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot were not queried live because they need a login or block automated access. The check used a public web search with an AI-written summary, as in the other two audits.
7 · Content and proof
Real numbers, too few videos
Case studies: 14, on /work. Most list a date range, the numbers, "how we count" and a source for every figure. Example: Galindo Group Real Estate, 37 reels and 81,495 Instagram views from May 4 to October 5, 2026.
Whose results. The two case studies with the biggest business results, Bahtana (3,066 orders, $130K+ in sales) and Jungle Root, are brands G Media "built and run", as the pages say. Several client studies count what was made (videos, clips, content days) more than what it did for the client.
Video: the homepage hero, three project videos on /work and /video-production, YouTube embeds on the real estate and ROC 1954 pages, and a 22-video sitemap. 13 of 14 case studies have no video player. The CAM study says its videos will appear once the client posts them. The podcast studio page shows photos of the sets but no clip recorded in them.
Reviews: a live Google reviews block on the homepage (5.0★, 31). Some of the quoted reviews still say "Galindo Media".
Blog and guides: 25 blog posts and 7 guides, all Las Vegas-focused and recent. About 114,000 words across 89 pages.
Unsourced claim: the apply page says "50M+ views we've built" and "30+ Vegas brands", with no source, unlike the case studies.
A 3-field "free marketing audit" form high on the homepage (name, email or phone, website or Instagram)
Tap-to-call in the header and the sticky bottom bar on every page, plus email and address in the footer
A free instant SEO scan, a pricing guide and published rates ("Videography is $250 per hour")
Forms capture where the visitor came from (UTM tags, Google and Meta click IDs)
The tour button opens a video call. The studio tour page offers a 20-minute in-person walk-through via Calendly. The buttons open a Google Calendar page for "30 min with Corey" with a Google Meet link. A visitor who books it may not know whether to drive to the studio.
Nothing was submitted, so confirmations and response times were not tested.
Studio tour page: "Book a Tour".What the button opens: "30 min with Corey", a Google Meet call.
9 · Tracking
The main tags are in place
Present:

Cloudflare Web Analytics
Source capture on forms (UTM, gclid, fbclid)
Not found:

Call tracking
It could not be confirmed from outside whether a form submission is recorded as a GA4 key event or an Ads conversion, because no form was submitted.
Method: every network request on the homepage was recorded for 10 seconds in a desktop browser.
10 · Current platform
About the custom static setup
The site is hand-built HTML, CSS and JavaScript, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. There is no CMS. G Media built it and maintains it.
What the setup handles well: fast server responses, full control over titles, schema, redirects, llms.txt and sitemaps, and no platform script overhead. These all check out here.
Where it limits this site: every edit needs someone who can work in code, and the custom parts (the cookie notice, the review widget) have to be tested by the team. The layout shift on the video production page comes from one of those parts.
Everything flagged in this audit can be fixed in the current setup. None of it needs a new platform.
Next step
What we are fixing first
Reviews and listingsA steady review-request routine for every finished project (target 60+ on Google), plus Clutch, Expertise, DesignRush and Yelp profiles with reviews, since those pages rank and feed AI answers.
One name and one address everywhereCorrect the Yelp and MapQuest listings to "G Media, 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140", and fix or retire www.galindo-media.com.
Links from other sitesGet named on the "best of" lists and local press that win these searches, starting with the video production and podcast studio topics.
Phone-first speedLoad fonts without blocking, show the poster first and the video after, defer the ad tags, and fix the cookie notice so it never moves the page. Target: LCP under 2.5 s and a mobile score above 90.
Video on the proof pagesA playable video on every case study and on the podcast studio and social media pages, with video schema.
An honest tour buttonEither book a real in-person tour or relabel it as a 30-minute video call.
Source or remove the headline claims"50M+ views" and "30+ brands" get a source like the case studies, or come down.
One short formThe 3-field form everywhere, with the longer questions asked on the call.
Tracking that matches our channelsTikTok pixel and form submissions confirmed as GA4 key events and Ads conversions.
HousekeepingFix the dead client link, add /content-partner to the sitemap, make http://gmediaco.com one hop, add HSTS, and fix the footer heading order.

How this was checked
All checks were read-only, on October 6, 2026, using the same steps as the Mackin Media and GGRE audits. No forms were submitted.
Speed: Lighthouse 12, mobile and desktop presets, homepage (3 mobile runs), studio tour and video production pages. The PageSpeed Insights API quota was used up that day.
Mobile: Chromium at 390×844 (iPhone width), 14 pages.
